BIANCONERI IMMEDIATELY BACK AT WORK

At home, Cesena, preparations immediately have begun for the next league test: the match with Pontedera, on the calendar for Saturday at 2.30 p.m. at Orogel Stadium. The Bianconeri thus found themselves at Villa Silvia for a training session that saw those who took to the field yesterday from the first minute devoted themselves to a fatigue session. In contrast, all the others did additional work with the ball. A differentiated program followed Albertini and Cristian Shpendi. They are recovering from their respective injuries (trauma to a rib for the defender and a muscle resentment to the left thigh for the striker).

This morning defenders Mercadante and Prestia underwent instrumental exams, which had them miss the trip to Fermo: the investigations showed muscle distraction in the proper femoral rectum in the left calf, respectively. The two defenders have started a physiotherapy cycle, and their condition will be assessed daily.

The preparation for the match against Pontedera will continue with training set for the rest of the week, tomorrow in the afternoon and from Wednesday to Friday in the morning at the Rognoni center.
