MARCO CURTO'S PRESS CONFERENCE
On Thursday, November 21, at the press room of the Orogel Stadium, Dino Manuzzi held a press conference with Bianconeri defender Marco Curto. Accompanied by general manager Corrado Di Taranto and director of the sports area Fabio Articoand, Curto answered questions from the journalists present in the presence of the Cesena-Valle Savio district's Public Personal Services Agency staff and boys.
“This is a very particular affair,” began General Manager Corrado Di Taranto, ”in which we were involved alongside Marco Curto, with whom we set up a defense on a fact that, in our opinion, does not exist. Initially, we were affected by this situation as a society. Still, we lived in a very serene place with Marco and the sports area because we received great closeness from everyone and the fans. This element was necessary for Marco and us because it made us realize how everyone understood the situation.”
“We had the opportunity to appreciate the closeness of the people, the fans, and all the people,” added Sporting Director Fabio Artico, ” who understood what had happened. I think this affair was also an opportunity for Marco to discover a world and enrich himself. This experience reminds us that we should always try to seize the positive things, even from moments like these."
“First of all, I would like to thank Cesena FC,” said Marco Curto, “and all the people who work for the club for being close to me now. Being associated with such phrases and behavior was not a good thing. Still, the closeness of the fans, acquaintances, and my family allowed me not to live this situation badly anyway. Moreover, this affair was an opportunity to learn the reality of the Cesena-Valle Savio district's Public Personal Services Agency, where I found fantastic professionals who help many people in the area. I am pleased about that."
"During my work at the ASP, I discovered and experienced firsthand the various services offered to those in need. We visited girls and boys at their homes to understand what they might need, from medical care to finding housing; these are all little things that we may take for granted but may not be for those who, on the other hand, come from another country in the world and do not know our language. I made myself available, and in my small way, I tried to lend a hand to help carry out this project."
“Being away from the field for so long,” concluded the HCL defender, “was not easy. Initially, it was hard because I did not expect such a situation. Slowly, I metabolized it, and I took advantage of this situation as an opportunity to reflect and come back stronger than before. Today, physically, I feel good. I have been training all the time, and I can't wait to get back on the field so I can give a hand to the team and all my teammates."
