ACQUAPARTITA 2024 | REPORT FROM THE SECOND TO LAST DAY

The Acquapartita 2024 training camp is drawing to a close, and on the penultimate day, Mister Michele Mignani's squad undergoes a final double training session.

In the morning session, the team was divided into two groups: defenders on one side and midfielders and forwards on the other. For both groups, the training included a strength session in the gym, focussing on the upper and lower body. Then, the defenders performed some tactical work on the defensive line while midfielders and forwards focused on attacking developments. 

In the afternoon session, however, the team first carried out their usual warmup, followed by tactical work on the non-possession phase, and ended with the usual small field scrimmage. 

No training is scheduled for tomorrow at the Acquapartita Sports Field Complex. Cesena FC will say goodbye to the Romagna Apennines in the afternoon and travel to Forlì for a friendly match with the “Biancorossi” for the “Silver Sirotti” Memorial.
