Before the match, Juventus Next Gen displayed a gesture of fair play by forming a "pass of honor" for Cesena's promotion to Serie B as they entered the pitch. Cesena managed to overcome Juventus Next Gen by scoring two goals in the match's final minutes through Ciofi and Corazza.

The first chance came from Juventus Next Gen, with Sekulov breaking free from Silvestri but shooting high. In the 10th minute, Kargbo sent a deep ball to Chiarello, who crossed it to Corazza for a goal, but the play was halted for offside. Two minutes later, a combination play between Nonge and Sekulov ended with the former hitting the outside of the net. In the 32nd minute, Chiarello got past Pedro Felipe and attempted a cross-shot that Daffara saved. Five minutes later, Pieraccini broke through on the right and set up Pierozzi, who shot just wide.

In the second half, Cesena started strong, with Pierozzi nearly scoring from a Donnarumma cross. In the 52nd minute, Juventus counterattacked with Nonge setting up Turicchia, who missed from a good position. In the 72nd minute, Cesena had a prolonged play on the right, with Adamo managing to cross, but the ball lingered in the area until Juventus' defense cleared it. A minute later, a smooth play from Cesena led to Berti taking a shot that Daffara saved. In the 77th minute, Juventus attempted a shot with Anghelè, which went high. In the 79th minute, the hosts took the lead, with Turicchia beating Siano with a left-footed shot. In the last 10 minutes, Cesena pushed with Adamo, but his shot was blocked. In the 88th minute, a Donnarumma corner found Silvestri, who shot with his left, and Ciofi redirected it into the net with a header. Cesena didn't give up; in stoppage time, Ciofi recovered the ball and passed it to Berti, who found Corazza in an off-center position to score under the crossbar. This winning goal allowed the Bianconeri to reach 89 points on the season.
