IN CENTRO AL FORO | THE THIRD EVENT ON DECEMBER 4TH

The calendar of events organized by Cesena FC in collaboration with In centro al Foro - Conad, the new face of Cesena's Foro Annonario, a new and modern space available to the city and for the city, continues.

The third of ten events scheduled at the former Mercato Coperto, which will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, will be dedicated to sport, integration, and inclusion.

The meeting is part of the Scuola Bianconera project and will feature students from the Liceo Classico Statale “Vincenzo Monti” high school in Cesena discussing the importance of sports for fostering inclusion, and will include testimonies from athletes and organizations that have been working on these issues for years.

Alongside Carmelina Labruzzo, Councilor for Services for People and Families of the Municipality of Cesena, the following will be present: Massimo Buratti and Matteo Losito, respectively coordinator and instructor of the Bianconeri project “Per un Calcio Integrato” (For Integrated Football), Ilario Battaglia, Vice President of CIP Emilia-Romagna, and Leonardo Targa, a young blind footballer, and Andrea Piacentini, Paralympic champion of the Italian National Team, accompanied by his brother Matteo, a footballer for Cesena FC.

During the meeting, students from the Liceo “Monti” high school, accompanied by Professor Antonietta Galassi, will read two texts they have selected on the social and educational value of sport as a form of inclusion and integration.
