THE TEAM GREW IN THE SECOND HALF CREATING MORE CHANCES TO SCORE

At the end of the match against FC Südtirol, Mister Michele Mignani reached the press room of the “Druso” Stadium to comment on the Bianconeri's performance.

"We came from a home defeat where we didn't deserve to lose, so today we take a point, accept it, and take it home. In my opinion the team entered the field with personality, played the game and managed the ball: maybe they didn't have very clean chances, but they created a lot of chances, entered the penalty area many times from the opponent, and probably from the aspect of the proposition of the game we would have deserved something more. We know that all teams are hungry for points during the season. Südtirol played their game, and we keep what we got."

"Südtirol blocked us by doing a lot of density in their half of the field, trying to take away some space from us and trying to play on the restarts. Goals are scored in every way: if we had managed to score on a dirty ball left there, the many times we got into the box, we would probably be talking about a different game. I have to try to balance my judgment, and I think we probably only missed the goal today."

"In the first half, we were all underwhelming because we adapted to their pace, while in the second half, the team moved the ball quickly, grew, and created the conditions to score, among them the one from which Tavsan's goal came. What changed between the first and second half? The team that has to recover the game must try to put something more than what they did up to that point, sometimes forcing and sometimes risking. On the other hand, we were smart in not forcing, not risking and finding, however, the equalizing goal."
